Chief Instructor Robert Poyton has been practicing Chinese and Russian disciplines for over 35 years.

He has trained with Chinese and Russian masters and teaches regular courses and workshops for dance and martial art groups across Europe

He has appeared in many magazines and has produced his own range of books and films on health, fitness and self defence.
